We request your cooperation. 4) Once payment is made and order is confirmed, the same can not be cancelled for whatever reason. ⭐ Tracking: 5) Tracking after 3 or 5 days of payment or we will share, when it is available, As it'll give better understanding of where the parcel is during any delayed deliveries situation, due to covid effect. ⭐ Unboxing n claims: 6) 360° degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut. Send video starting to ending showing complete unboxing, without editing showing all 4 sides of the product within 24 hour of receiving the parcel, in case of any issues. 7) Slight colour variations may be there due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings 8) Small issue like stone come out, spot, etc not considered as damage. ⭐ Exchange policies: 9) No exchange No Return No Refund on dislike basis. However genuine damage if any will be addressed 10) In case of Exchange or Return one side shipping to be borne by customer. Or if any damages occur in transit and Their replacement isn't possible due to stock unavailability, only product cost comes within our preview not the occurred shipping expenses, as it is a fixed cost.
